The coaching process often begins with an assessment phase where the coach and the client work together to identify strengths, weaknesses, goals, & areas for improvement. This may involve various assessments, feedback from peers, direct reports, or supervisors, & self-reflection exercises.

In the coaching process, we often focus on developing specific leadership competencies such as communication skills, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, decision-making, & conflict resolution.
Sustainability
The ultimate aim of executive & leadership coaching is to create sustainable behavior change & lasting results. This often involves helping the client develop new habits & ways of thinking that they can continue to apply long after the coaching engagement has ended.
Goal Setting
Based on the assessment, the coach & the client collaborate to establish clear & achievable goals. These goals are often aligned with the organization's objectives & the individual's professional aspirations.
Feedback & Accountability
Throughout the coaching process, the coach provides feedback, support, & encouragement to the client. They also hold the client accountable for taking action towards their goals & making progress.
Action Planning
Once the goals are established, the coach & the client develop a plan of action to work towards those goals. This plan may involve specific tasks, skill building exercises, & behavioral changes.
Reflection & Adjustment
Coaching is a dynamic process, & as the client progresses towards their goals, they & the coach regularly reflect on what is working well & what needs adjustment. The coach may adapt their approach based on the client's evolving needs & circumstances.

Our leadership development program is based on the Leadership Circle Profile™ 360. We have found the use of the Leadership Circle Profile™, debrief, & coaching to be effective & transformational for individual leadership development.
We have also experienced organizational transformation when clients use the Leadership Circle Profile™ in tandem with a customized leadership development program tied to the Leadership Circle Profile™ Creative Competencies & Reactive Tendencies.
As a result, JC Leadership Group has created a unique leadership development experience that facilitates group interaction and learning.
